Policies & Fine Print
Missed Delivery Policy: Order is returned + 20% restocking fee + $5 delivery fee (+tax) applies.- Billing + shipping address must match or ID matching billing information may be required.
- Canada Post doesn’t deliver weekends/holidays.
- Shipping only within Canada.
- Proof of age required on all packages (unless previously verified).
- Deliveries may be postponed in cases of severe weather or other extenuating circumstances.
- For Canada Post orders if not home, package will go to nearest post office for pickup.
- Packages insured up to $100. Lost shipments are investigated before refunds/replacements are made.
