All purchases made at salk street are eligible for in store credit or an exchange if they meet the following criteria. All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be in there original packaging and unopened unless they are malfunctioning due to a manufacturing issue. We are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning a product. We do not accept any returns, on disposable vapes, e-liquid, coils, cotton, diy supplies, pods, rebuildables and tanks. Malfunctioning or Faulty Products
If there is an issue with a product you purchased from us, and it’s within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date, you can bring it to us in person at one of our locations, or send it by mail. You must provide us the original packaging, receipt and a description of the issue. We will evaluate it and attempt to resolve the issue ourselves. This may take a few business days to complete. If it isn’t something we can fix ourselves we will have to ship it back to our supplier for their assessment. If they determine it is malfunctioning due to a manufacturing error we will contact you and proceed with one of the following resolutions
- issue an in-store or online credit
- replace it with the same or a comparable product at the customer’s discretion
If we deem it to be malfunctioning due to user error, then we will notify you and return it at your cost.
If our warranty has passed but the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty, we can still try to help. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and update you on how they would like to proceed. Unfortunately there is no guarantee if they will authorize a return. Some manufacturers will require you to pay a shipping fee, and since most of the e cigarette manufacturers are located overseas this is typically an expensive option. We do not process returns or exchanges on e-liquid, coils, cotton, diy supplies, pods, rebuildables and tanks
We do not process returns on any used products, unless they are malfunctioning due to a manufacturer error.
We are not responsible for any additional warranty beyond our own that an electronic cigarette manufacturer has stated on their products.
In the event that you receive an order with incorrect contents please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the package being delivered. You will need to send us a photo of the package and what was in it. If this occurs we will provide you a shipping label to return it to it us and we will resend the order.
In the event that you receive a damaged product within your parcel, don’t open the product. Please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered. You will need to send us a photo of the parcel so we can provide it to the courier. We pay for insurance on all packages shipped out to be reimbursed in the event that this occurs.. We will provide you with a shipping label for it to be returned to us and then ship your replacement order.
Please give us at least one business day to reply to you. If you respond with dissatisfaction to the initial response from our staff, please allow at least one additional business day for it to be escalated to management so they can address the issue.
