We do not process refunds or exchanges on e-liquids
14 day return policy for applicable products with a copy of the receipt, original (unopened) packaging.
If it’s within 2 weeks (or the manufacturer’s warranty period), we will proceed with one of the following solutions:
- return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement
- issue a refund
- issue an in-store credit
- replace it with the same (or a comparable) product
- If it’s beyond the 2 weeks (or the manufacturer’s warranty period), we will notify you and return the product to you. Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do for you at this point. You must contact the manufacturer.
If we deem it to be a user error issue, then we will notify you and return it to you. There is nothing further we can do for you at this point.
