Malfunctioning/Faulty Prodcuts:
If you have an issue with a product you purchased from us, you can bring it to us in person at the store, or send it by mail, with the receipt, original packaging and components. We will evaluate it and attempt to resolve the issue.This may take a few business days.
If we deem it to be a manufacturing issue that’s beyond our ability to fix:

If it’s within 2 weeks (or the manufacturer’s warranty period), we will proceed with one of the following solutions:

  • return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement
  • issue a refund
  • issue an in-store credit
  • replace it with the same (or a comparable) product
  • If it’s beyond the 2 weeks (or the manufacturer’s warranty period), we will notify you and return the product to you. Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do for you at this point. You must contact the manufacturer.

If we deem it to be a user error issue, then we will notify you and return it to you. There is nothing further we can do for you at this point.

 

Please give us at least one business day to reply to you. If you respond with dissatisfaction to the initial response from our staff, please allow at least one additional business day for it to be escalated to management so they can address the issue.
