You must be located in Thornhill or one of the other specified zones to be eligible for same day delivery. Cutoff time for Same Day Delivery is 5:00PM.
You must order by 5:00PM and select same day delivery under the shipping options at checkout to get it the same day. You must be 19 years of age or older. You will have to show government ID on delivery to prove you are of age.

What is the same day delivery process?
Once your order is in the system, we will process it as quick as possible. Deliveries will start going out at 6:00PM and worst case could be delivered as late as 11:00PM. The driver will contact you 15-30 minutes before arrival. You must be available upon delivery with government ID or your delivery will be returned to us. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the flat rate delivery fee which is $12.00 plus tax ($13.56). The delivery fee applies even if your same day delivery was free.
Age Verification is required!
As per Health Canada regulations we are required to verify age with government ID. If you have ordered online with us before and we have verified your age the driver can drop it at your door per your request (please write it in the order notes). If we have not verified your age before you must be available when the driver arrives to show proof of age (19 years of age or older). If you are not of age your delivery will be returned to us. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the flat rate delivery fee which is $12.00 plus tax ($13.56). The delivery fee applies even if your same day delivery was free.
Unavailable at time of delivery
No refund on delivery charge + 20% restocking fee. If you are not available and the driver is forced to return the delivery there is a non refundable fee of $13.56 for the delivery plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
